This happens if the " Remote Registry " service has not been started on the machine where Ensim Pro is to be installed.
The above service will have to be started from service manager or by issuing the following command on the command prompt.

net start "remote registry service"

After this service has been started the network configuration dialog box will display the proper network settings.
