Download unregisterService.vbs on your server.

Open command prompt and run following command.

Usage:

unregisterService.vbs <full path to service component xml file>

For eg:

unregisterService.vbs "C:\Program Files\Ensim\WEBppliance\cp\admin\bin\serviceComponents\mail\mail.xml"

For above example EPW is installed on C:\Program Files\Ensim\WEBppliance\ and component to be removed is IMail component.
