Installation Procedure:

1)      Get the epl10_hf.tar.gz from the location mentioned above
2)      Untar the file to a temporary location
tar -xzvf epl10_hf.tar.gz
3)      execute the apply_eplhf.sh script
sh apply_eplhf.sh
4)      service epld restart
